Posted 3 months ago I just read a story about Spherion Corp. and how they denied benefits to a widow. The premiums were all paid but do to a technicality which was the company's fault they can get away with not paying rightful benefits. http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080705/benefit_battles.html You should read this and pass it on. You should also send emails complaining about this inexcusable behavior. help@spherion.com

| Posted 3 months ago I read this article today, and I think that the actions of Spherion Corp. are horrible. Unless the laws are changed to protect the consumers, we will see more of this type of manipulation by insurance companies. |

| Posted 3 months ago It is unfortunate that we live in a society that is based on getting the other guy before they get you! It used to be "do the right thing"! Whatever happened to that? No wonder so many of us are jaded!
