it is a very dynamic industry that strives to always stay ahead in regards to innovation and customer demands.

You must be flexible and keep yourself informed on customer wants and needs. You need to continously look for new ideas to retain customers on your network.

Although it is an excellent company, the leadership of the CEO is lacking. Even though we are a growing company, due to inefficient leadeship skills and poor pay rate, staff are constantly resigning.
